1) 5 years or so of Desktop Support Experience. Exp with an enterprise ticketing system.
2) Experience Building Images to Deploy. Need knowledge of Operating Systems.
3) PowerShell. (This is something that is of high priority to build images and automate some tasks for quicker fixes)
