The Desktop Support Analyst is the primary contact for desktop support, providing on-site and remote technical support to employees. This includes diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving a wide range of software, hardware, and network connectivity issues in a Windows environment.

This person will need to able to self Manage themselves throughout the day and be a self starter.
