* Provide onsite desktop support for all internal end users.
* Technician will need a technical background to perform the following:
- Asset inventory
- 2+ years of Desktop Support experience preferred
- Hardware install and mounting
- Knowledge of imaging and basic OS troubleshooting.
- Might require onsite hard drive destruction.
- Knowledge of imaging.
- OS skills (Windows 7 & 10)
- Knowledge of printers.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of thin clients
