Ideal candidates will have experience with IT customer support and working experience of general help desk responsibilities. *Important* Candidates will be required to go through a Department of Defense Security Clearance Process for a Secret Level Clearance. This is required and should be Active. This is a great opportunity for entry level IT professionals who are currently or recently removed from the Military or National Guard. Candidates will get great experience and be able touch multiple technologies. This person will be working with in a team of like minded individual.
Service Desk Phone support / VPN
Troubleshooting Windows 7, Windows 10 OS
Active Directory (user management)
Assist on projects as assigned.
MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience responding to technical trouble tickets
Taking inbound calls and 1st call resolution of all incoming technical support calls
Help troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, printers, and network
Candidates will require:
Able to work as a team player with your supervisor and fellow employees. Able to carry out oral and written instructions. Able to communicate well with employees of all computer skill levels.
CompTIA Security+ (will help to get)
Public Trust (Confidential) IT-II clearance from the start date
This person can sit in Lansing or Grand Rapids, MI
